The night of the show, parents are needed to process DVD sales.
Driving Props and Instruments to Bradley
Driving Props and instruments back to Alton Darby
DAYTIME PERFORMANCE volunteers- all spots filled
In the morning of March 9th we will need two parents to sit in front of the main office at Bradley High School to sign-in parents and point them in the correct direction to the auditorium.
These volunteers will need to get a sign-in sheet from the secretaries at Alton Darby (Mrs. Clayton or Mrs. Clark) and some pens before March 8 Volunteers will need to be at Bradley High School at 9am and stay at the main office area until 9:40 am. Daytime show will start between 9:45 and 10 am.
DONE - Making Props and Scenery - Parents, with their children, help to make, and paint props and scenery. No experience required!
Making Costumes - At this point, it is unknown exactly what costumes are needed. Students make decisions on what costumes, if any, are needed for their show. Students sometimes determine the look with the person creating the costume.
DONE - Collecting tickets (before the show) - all spots filled

Helping students to get to the correct locations (before the show) -The night of the show, a large group of parent are needed to help guide parents and students to the correct drop-off areas. Parents will be given detailed instructions.
