Orchestra Room Helpers - Cindy Teske, Melissa Andrews and Ruth Miller
Missy, Ruth and Cindy,
Thank you for helping with the kiddos, it is a wonderful help!
Your job will be to make sure the students get from the Orchestra Room to the stage and from the stage back to the Orchestra Room. Your middle school and High School volunteers make sure that the students make it back to their classroom teachers.
Every ADE student is assigned a chair with their “To Do” list taped to the chair. When a student is returned to their classroom teacher, their “To Do” list can be taken off the chair and thrown away.
1) High school students will come from the stage and let you know that it is time for Percussion students to line-up.
Cindy help get these students lined-up.
2) Missy walk the students to the stage, Ruth go to the side door and wait for the students to get done performing.
3) Ruth brings students back to the Orchestra Room (with their drums)
4) After Percussion returns to the orchestra room, student helpers take the following students back to their classrooms:

15) As some point between the time that the Guitar students leave and the time that they return, Ashlea DeYarmon will be brought to you by a teacher and her father, Aaron DeYarmon, will join her in the orchestra room.
16) Ruth brings Ashlea back to the Orchestra Room.
17) After Guitar returns to the orchestra room, student helpers take the following students back to their classrooms:
Cindy help to organize these students AND remind Kaity and Mariah that they need to tell 4th grade teachers that it is time to come down to the X-Theatre.

17) High school students will come from the stage and let you know that it is time for Ally Rhodes to line-up. Cindy remind Steven and Adam to tell the 5th grade teachers to take the students to the X-Theater.
18) Missy walk the Ally to the stage (she will be very nervous), Ruth go to the side door and wait for Ally and bring her back to the orchestra room.
19) Ruth - When Ally get’s back to the orchestra room, she will need to pack-up her batons and get changed into Spring Concert clothes. There is a bathroom between the choir room and PA 106. Please take her to this bathroom and let her change, take her to PA106 and take her things back to the orchestra room.
20) High school student will come and tell you that it is time for Ashlea come to the stage. Her father will come with her onto the stage.
21) Missy, bring Ashlea and her father (Aaron) to the stage. After Ashlea performs, he should go back to the orchestra room. Missy can stay on stage.
22) Cindy, bring the middle school student volunteers to the stage – stay on the stage until the end of the show.
23) Ruth, bring Ashlea back to the Orchestra Room let her leave her guitar.
24) Ruth take Ashlea to the stage, Kaity Catalfina will be in charge of of Ashlea
25) High school & Middle school students will then join everyone on stage.
26) When Fifth grade starts singing Safety Dance – Cindy remind the High School and Middle School students take Ashlea back to her classroom and to tell all students 2-4 to line-up for Just One Candle.
