General information (this is information parents will receive, but they may ask you about)
What should my child wear?
There is a dress code.
All students should wear jeans or dark pants, and tennis shoes or soft-soled shoes.
Shirts do not need to be a solid color -
just mostly the assigned color,
and any shade!
2nd grade students should wear Yellow shirts.

2nd Grade Rehearsal Schedule:
Wednesday Feb. 3 – (A-Day) Grade level rehearsal during specials – all classes report to the gym
Tuesday Feb. 9 - 10:15 – 10:45 2nd grade rehearsal – will not interfere with specials
Wednesday Feb. 17 – (C-Day) Grade level rehearsal during specials – all classes report to the gym
Wednesday Feb. 24 – (B-Day) Grade level rehearsal during specials – all classes report to the gym
Wednesday March 2nd - Grade 1-2 Rehearsal in the gym 10:30 - 11:30 - We will take to lunch right after this practice.
This is your special / break for the day.
Tuesday March 8th Grade 1 – 5 Full Rehearsal in the gym 9:30 – 11:25 (without classroom teachers) - This is your special/ break for the day
March 9th Grade 1 – 5 Full Rehearsal / Morning show at Bradley (with classroom teachers) No break for classroom teachers this day : (

Volunteers
Every classroom will be assigned two high school volunteers. These volunteers to be given instructions and materials to help them entertain your students. They will also be in charge of Tweeting pictures and sharing pictures from the show with your students.

Slatinsky - High school student volunteers: Haley Van Cleef & Chesney

Alexander - High school student volunteers: Trey McNabb & Andrea Gapsch

Teachers should report to the AUX Theater at 6:30PM
When parents drop off please remind:
a) Students will report to the AUX Theater 6:30 - 7:00PM... they should come at 6:45PM
b) Your High School helpers will meet you in the AUX Theater (please introduce yourself to them)
c) Please get your students in assigned seat order (see seating chart)
d) A student from the stage will ask you to come to the stage - you will join the 1st graders for their last song.
e) Second grade - performs - ASHLEA DEYARMON from Jay Alexander's class needs to be given to Chuck Burkhart. He will walk her to the Orchestra Room
f) Then you walk down to your assigned classrooms (see Classroom During the Show map)

g) Volunteer students will come down to your classrooms to let you know to line-up for Just One Candle
(see Just One Candle Map)
h) When we are done with Just One Candle then you will leave the auditorium and head back to the AUX Theater for parent pick-up. (See Pick-up Map)
